1. You must have an Authorized Lesen

2. Have a Passport or Border Pass

3. Have a train
 a. The car is registered in its own name
     Bring the Original Grant
     or
     Photostat grant
     Photostat grants must be confirmed where the Malaysian Police Station
 b.Cars belong to others
    - Bring a photostat grant certified by any Malaysian Police Station
    - Take the original owner's consent letter (the owner's name in the grant)
