Cikgu Joe Satun merupakan seorang aktivis masyarakat yang banyak membantu rakyat Malaysia yang menghadapi musibah di Thailand, khususnya di sekitar Satun. Beliau juga mengajar Fardu Ain dalam Bahasa Melayu secara percuma di Satun, Thailand sebagai usaha memartabatkan Bahasa Melayu dan menyumbang kepada komuniti setempat.
